UNDERSTANDING ETHICS

Social life in society, the state to social life at the international level need a system that regulate how people should get along. Association management system is a mutual respect and known as manners, etiquette, protocol and others.
Does not mean other social guidelines to safeguard the interests of each involved so that they are happy, calm, peaceful, without harming their interests protected and secured so that the actions carried out in accordance with the prevailing customs and do not conflict with human rights generally. That is what underlies the emergence and growth of ethics in our society. According to experts it is not ethical behavior rules, customs men in friendships among themselves and affirm what is right and what is bad.
Ethics or common words are also called ethics, derived from the Greek word ethos which means that the norms, values, norms and standards for human behavior is good, as formulated by some of the following experts:
  • Drs. O.P. Simorangkir: ethics or conduct as a man in sight behave according to size and good value.
  • Drs. Sidi Gajalba in systematic philosophy: ethics is a theory of human behavior considered acts of good and bad seg, as far as can be determined by reason.
  • Drs. H. Burhanudin Salam: ethics is a branch of philosophy that speaks of values and moral norms that determine human behavior in his life.

THE IMPORTANCE OF ETHICS PROFESSION

Is ethics, and whether the ethics of the profession? The word ethics (or ethics) is derived from the ethos (Greek) which means the character, morality or customary character. As a subject, ethics will be related to the concept that is owned by individuals or group to assess whether the actions that have been doing it wrong or right, bad or good.

According to Martin (1993), ethics is defined as "the discpline which can act as the performance index or reference for our control system ". Thus, ethics Such restrictions will provide both a standard that will govern relations men in social groups. In a special sense associated with the art of human relationships, this ethic is a later on in the form of rules (code) that systematically written deliberately based on the principles there are moral and at the time it takes to be functioned as tool to judge all kinds of actions that are logically-general rational (common sense) judged to deviate from the code of ethics. Thus, ethics is reflection of what is called the "self control", because things are made and applied from and to the interests of social groups (professional) itself.

N-type semiconductor

N-type semiconductor can be made by adding a small amount of impurity atoms pentavalen (antimony, phosphorus or arsenic) in pure silicon. Impurity atoms (dopan) has five valence electrons effectively has a charge of +5 q. When an atom position pentavalen silicon atoms in the crystal lattice, only four valence electrons that can form a complete covalent bond, and remains an unpaired electron. Given the small thermal energy alone, the remaining electrons will become free electrons and ready to charge carriers in the process of electricity transmission. Material resulting from this contamination process is called the n-type semiconductor because it produces a negative charge carriers from the neutral crystal. Because the impurity atoms to electrons, the impurity atoms are called donor atoms.

P-type semiconductor the same way as the n-type semiconductor, p-type semiconductors can be made by adding some impurity atoms kecif trivalent (aluminum, boron, gallium or indium) in pure semiconductors, such as pure silicon. Impurity atoms (dopan) has three valence electrons, so effectively can only form three covalent bonds. When a trivalent atom positions of silicon atoms in the crystal lattice, covalent tigaikatan fully formed, and left a positive charge of silicon atoms that are not paired are called holes (holes). Material resulting from this contamination process is called p-type semiconductor because it produces a negative charge carriers in the neutral crystal. Because the impurity atoms to accept electrons, the impurity atoms are called atomic aseptor (acceptor).

Semiconductor devices

Differences in the nature of solids (eg, conductors, insulators, semiconductors or superconductors) is caused by: differences in binding force between the atoms, ions, or molecules. All the bonds in the solid material involving electrical forces, and the main difference between these bonds depends on the number of outer electrons. Based on the structure of particles (atoms, ions, or molecules) constituent, the solid material is divided into two types of crystalline solids and amorphous solids.

Crystalline solids is that the structure of solid material constituent particles have a long and repetitive order periodically. Amorphous solids is that the structure of solid material constituent particles have a short order. Especially for semiconductor there are two types, namely the crystal structure (eg: Silicon, Germanium, Gallium arsenide, etc..). and the amorphous structure (eg amorphous silicon)).
